採用柑桔 (tangerine)、橙花 (neroli) 和乳香 (frankincense) 調製而成，柑桔精油屬最安全的精油之一，適合2歲以上幼童和孕婦使用，含有80%以上的檸檬烯 (limonene)，不單有減壓、抗焦慮的作用，研究發現檸檬烯有抗微生物、抗菌、抗真菌和抗病毒的功效；橙花精油含有40% 沉香醇 (linalool ) 和35%的檸檬烯(limonene) 和 蒎烯 (pinene)，同樣有抗菌消毒和減壓的功效，會帶來平和的感覺；至於乳香精油則含有40%α-松油萜 ( α-pinene)，具鎮靜止痛的功效，亦是練習冥想(meditation) 和正念 (mindfulness)最常用的精油之一。
